Did the ordered products not meet your expectations?
No problem – in our store you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract.
How to make a return in a few simple steps?
- You have 14 days to inform us about your withdrawal from the contract, i.e. your intention to return the purchased products.
- You can send us information about your intention to return the purchased products in any way you choose, for example:
- in writing to the address: Superhuman by Nature sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 73B, 40-101 Katowice;
- electronically to the address: [email protected];
- or by phone at: +48 789 168 703
- Within 14 days from informing us about the return, send the returned goods back at your own expense to the address: Superhuman by Nature sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 73B, 40-101 Katowice. Please include the return form in the package; you can, for example, fill out this <<link_to_form>>.
- We will refund your money within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product from you or proof that it has been sent back.
- Some Products are not subject to return, e.g. Products sold in sealed packaging which, once opened, cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the packaging has been unsealed by the Customer. A return may also be rejected by us if it turns out that the products were stored contrary to the recommendations, which affected their properties.
8. Please remember to pack the goods securely to protect them from damage during transport. We would appreciate it if you use the original product packaging and protections.

How to submit a complaint in our store?
- A complaint may be submitted by the Customer, for example:
- in writing to the address: Superhuman by Nature sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 73B, 40-101 Katowice;
- electronically to the address: [email protected];
- or by phone at: +48 789 168 703
We encourage you to use our <complaint form>.
- If you prepare the complaint letter yourself, it is recommended that the Customer includes the following in the complaint description:
- the order number;
- information and circumstances regarding the complaint, in particular the date on which the non-conformity of the goods with the contract (defect) was discovered;
- the preferred method of resolving the complaint: replacement or repair;
- or, where these options are impossible or excessively difficult to implement in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act: a refund under the complaint or a price reduction;
- contact details of the person submitting the complaint;
- the address at which the goods may be collected, if applicable – this will make it easier for us and speed up the complaint handling process.
- We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
